Chi Town Moms Fitness group was started to provide fitness and nutrition level support for moms in Chicago and beyond. The purpose of this site is to get moms together to start fitness challenges and to provide a community that encourages and supports them, while still holding them accountable towards their goals. We will hold fitness challenges ranging from 4 weeks, 6 weeks to 12 weeks to see a total body transformation. Nutrition will be a big part of the fitness challenges and so will meeting regularly to go over and discuss our progress.
